This website, www.reveradiamonds.com ("Website"), is owned and operated by Re Vera, a partnership registered in India (hereinafter referred "Company" or "we" or "us" or "our") having its registered office at 6/1947 1st Floor, 103 Raj Tilak Building, Dalgiya Mahollow Mahidharpura, Surat, Gujarat, 395 003. This Agreement includes, and incorporates by this reference, the policies and guidelines referenced below and the Company reserves the right to change or revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time by posting any changes or a revised Agreement on this Website. The Company reserves the right to update the Website and these Terms and Conditions from time to time, at its discretion and without any notice. It is advisable to keep yourself updated with the latest Terms and Conditions by reviewing. This Agreement is independent of any other written agreement you may have with the Company for other products or services.
DEFINITION
The terms ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refers to the Company, its affiliates and assignees and the term ‘you’ refers to any person procuring products/services from any supplier through the site. Persons means any natural person, firm, company, joint venture, association, partnership, limited liability partnership, society or other entity (whether or not having separate legal personality) in the relevant country.
USAGE ELIGIBILITY

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Re Vera Diamonds offers lab-grown diamond jewellery, customized and readymade jewellery, both for personal use. We do not offer to sell loose lab-grown diamonds.
Re Vera Diamonds takes reasonable care and efforts to lay down the product information, description, etc and to display the products listed for sale on the website as accurately as possible and further does not warrant that product description or any other content on the website are accurate and reliable. Hence, we will not be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions to any information given. We state that the images available on the website are only indicative and the colours displayed also affects the colours actually seen on the computer monitor screen. Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to its photography and computer screen default whereas at times the items may be represented larger than the actual size or smaller than the actual size in order to show the entire item or details. We shall not be liable for any legal action on this account.
ORDERS
Any User/Member who wishes to make a purchase an item from the Website has to register their number on the website and login via OTP to place an order or contact us directly to place an order. The User/Member will be asked to provide Permanent Account Number (PAN) and/or GST number or any other mandatory information required under law at the time of purchase. Orders will be considered as successful and complete only after the entire/full payment of the item(s) to be purchased has been received by Re Vera Diamonds, unless otherwise stated. In the event the bank rejects to honour any payment transaction made towards an order, we have the right to cancel or refuse to ship the order without any liability whatsoever.
A third-party payment gateway is used by Re Vera Diamonds for the purpose of collection of payment and billing towards the purchase. The User/Member hereby agrees and accepts the terms and conditions and the privacy policy of the third-party payment gateway provider. You agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details for the purchase made on the website. We will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently or to prove otherwise will be exclusively you. We shall only assure that the credit card information will not be shared and used by us with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order.

The Company takes your privacy of the utmost importance and has in place all stringent measures in protecting your information including user, payment and order information. We do not share your information with any third-party systems unless otherwise mentioned in our Privacy policy. You have the right to access and rectify all the information that concerns you.
