We offer FREE shipping on every order placed across India. The order will be shipped within 20 business days from the date of placing the order for the jewellery items which are ‘Available in Stock’ and 25 business days for Customised/Made to Order items. If you opt, you'll receive notifications on your email once your order has shipped which will include your AWB number and a tracking link for your convenience. In case of delay in delivery of the Customised/Made to Order items then the customers shall be informed well in advance. For shipment within India, it will be delivered free via Sequel Logistics carrier or any other carrier affiliated with us.

To ensure the safety of the order, we will require a signature and any Valid Government ID (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Driving License ID, etc) only for verification upon delivery and in case of unavailability, our team will contact you for the details of the person likely to receive the order. The order shall be only handed over to the person specified to collect the order.

We will not be able to deliver the order to public places like shopping malls, restaurants or hotels, etc for security purposes. We request to provide a secure location for delivery of the order like home or office. The courier company will attempt 3 times to deliver the order. In case of failure to receive after these attempts the order will be retuned back to us. The order cannot be requested to reroute once it has left the Delivery facility.

We will fully insure and secure the order while it's in transit. Every order shall be delivered in a secured, durable, tamper-proof packing. Every order will be in a Revera Box Packaging along with the relevant certificates & warranty card (if any). We request all the customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt. No complaints regarding any damage will be entertained thereafter.
We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time, so kindly review the policy at regular intervals. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. In case of any material changes, the same will be notified.
