 RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy

  • Product are eligible for a return within 7 days from the Date of Product Delivery and Shipping charge of Rs. 1000/- shall be borne by the customer for all the jewellery under this policy and the Shipping charge shall be refunded after the Quality Check is passed.

  • To request for return of the product the customer has to send an Email to our Customer Care within 7 from the date of Product Delivery on info@reveradiamonds.com

  • Products shall be eligible for a return within the prescribed timeline with its original packaging in sellable condition with no scratches, wear and damage or alteration, Certificate (If Any), original Invoice Copy of the Product and Warranty Card. Any Customised Products specially designed for the customer shall not be acceptable for a return.

  • In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate and invoice or any other requisite, then the return for that product shall not be entertained by us under any circumstances.

  • Once we receive the returned product, our quality check department shall inspect the Product and if the Product shows any signs of wear and tear or sizes have been altered, resized or damaged shall not be eligible for a return. Any return due to ring sizing issue for the first time shall be done free of cost and any sizing requested pursuant to that shall be done on additional charges.

  • Payment will be processed after inspection of the product and only once it has passed the Quality Check stage. The Refund of the amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid on the Invoice copy which shall be refunded in Re Vera Wallet or in the Customer’s bank Account as per Customer’s request. Any amount of coupon, discount or promo code used at the time of purchase will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable. Payment of the refund amount shall be done in customer’s Re Vera Wallet or in the Customer’s bank Account within 20 business days after quality check approval. The Re Vera wallet amount so refunded has to be utilised by the customer within 180 days or else it shall stand forfeited. 

Exchange Policy

  • Re Vera Diamonds offers a Life-Time Exchange Policy for the products sold only in India subject to review by our Quality Check Department. The product free from any sort of damage, alteration and sizing issues. The decision by the Quality Check Department shall be final and binding for the same.

  • Products shall be eligible for Life-Time Exchange with its Original Product and with no damage or alteration, Original Certificate (If Any), Original Invoice Copy of the Product and Warranty Card and Valid Government ID Proof of the person requesting the Exchange Request. 

  • The Exchange Value of the Product determined by Revera Diamonds Team shall exclude all applied taxes at the time of purchase, Labour (making charges) and certification charges. 

  • Product ordered in exchange shall be Shipped within 20 days after Receipt and approval by the Quality Check department.

  • The customer has to pay the price difference if the exchange value is higher than the value of the old product.

Buyback Policy

  • Re Vera Diamonds offers Buyback Policy for the products sold only in India subject to review by our Quality Check Department. The product free from any sort of damage, alteration and sizing issues. The decision by the Quality Check Department shall be final and binding for the same.

  • Under this Policy the Product can be returned by the Customer to us for a refund payment which shall be calculated as per 70% of the invoice value as per the Original Invoice Copy of Re Vera Diamonds after deduction of Taxes, Labour charges, Certification charges and any other applicable charges. Further, the refund amount shall exclude all applied taxes at the time of purchase, Labour (making charges) and certification charges while determining the Buy-Back value.

  • Products shall be eligible for Buyback with its Original Product and with no damage or alteration, Original Certificate (If Any), Original Invoice Copy of the Product and Warranty Card and Valid Government ID Proof of the person requesting the Buyback Request. 

  • All payments for the buyback value determined shall be made through NEFT/RTGS. 

  • All Refund and Payments under the Buyback Policy shall be done within 20 Business days after Receipt and approval by the Quality Check department.

Cancellation Policy

The customer can cancel the order in 2 days from the date of Purchase. To cancel an order, you must contact Re Vera Diamonds Customer Service through email- info@reveradiamonds.com. Once an item has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.


We reserve the right to modify this Return and Exchange Policy at any time, so kindly review the policy at regular intervals. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. In case of any material changes, the same will be notified.
